1. Privacy Policy


1.1 This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) covers Triton M Ltd’s and its subsidiaries / affiliated companies’ (collectively “Triton”) treatment of your personally identifiable information that Triton collect, capture, use, store and process when you access or use Triton’s website(s), application(s) or services, or when you interact with Triton for inquiries, customer support, or for any other reasons or purposes.
1.2 This Privacy Policy also applies to Triton’s treatment of any personally identifiable information that Triton’s business partners, affiliates and/or service providers share with Triton and vice versa and explains your rights with respect to your personally identifiable information.
1.3 This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of other entities or businesses that Triton does not own or control or to people that it does not employ, manage or have control over.
1.4 Triton shall have the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time and any amendment(s) shall come into effect upon the publication or upload of the amended Privacy Policy on Triton’s website(s), application(s) or in conjunction with the offering of any of Triton’s services in any way whatsoever. By continuing to use Triton’s website(s), application(s) or services, or by interacting with Triton, you are deemed to have consented to the updated Privacy Policy and you are encouraged to revisit this Privacy Policy from time to time to ensure that you are aware of its current version and any changes that Triton may make.

2. Acceptance of Privacy Policy


2.1 By accessing and/or using Triton’s website(s), application(s), services, or by interacting or engaging with Triton for inquiries, customer support, or for any other reasons or purposes, you are deemed to have read and accepted this Privacy Policy and to have consented to the collection, capture, use, storage and/or processing of your personally identifiable information in the manner that has been outlined in this Privacy Policy.
2.2 Triton’s website(s) or application(s) may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by Triton and Triton is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third-party websites. You should note that the act of accessing another website or service, even when via links appearing on Triton’s website(s) or application(s), will cause you to leave Triton s website(s) or application(s).

3. Information Collection and Use


3.1 For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “personally identifiable information” shall mean your name, date of birth, address, country of residence and/or nationality, telephone number(s), email address(es), identification number(s) and other information, banking or payment information, certification that you are at least 18 years old or older in jurisdictions in which the Event is held where the minimum age for attendance is greater than 18 and/or any information which will personally identify you. It shall be your responsibility to advise Triton in writing of any relevant changes to your personally identifiable information as may be provided to Triton and Triton do not accept liability for any harm that you may suffer as a result of your failure to notify Triton of any changes to the personal information that you have provided to us.
3.2 Triton may also collect non-personal information, namely, information that does not personally identify you but which may relate to you, when you access or use Triton’s website(s), application(s) or services, or when you interact with Triton for inquiries, customer support, or for any other reasons or purposes. Non-personal information shall include, without limitation, information such as your IP address, usage data, general demographic information, preferences submitted or generated, geographical location, pages or portions of Triton’s website(s), application(s) and/or other parts Triton’s service(s) visited or with which you have interacted including frequency thereof, browser language, device type and/or operating system including the version(s) thereof, platform type(s), browser type(s) and the version(s) thereof, referring URLs and other data or information which may be provided by your browser, cookies or web beacons and/or tracked by Triton.
3.3 Your personally identifiable information and non-personal information as set out above shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as “Personal Data”.
3.4 Triton, including any successors in title, operates globally and may process, transfer, store, or access your Personal Data across multiple jurisdictions in which it conducts business, hosts poker tournaments, operates online platforms, or engages with service providers.
3.5 By engaging with Triton, accessing any website(s), application(s) or services provided by Triton, or otherwise providing your Personal Data, you acknowledge and consent to your Personal Data being transferred, stored, or processed in countries outside of your country of residence, including but not limited to jurisdictions where Triton’s offices, tournament venues, operational facilities, cloud storage providers, data centres, and third-party partners are located. These jurisdictions may have different data protection laws and regulations than those in your home country.
3.6 Triton may utilise cookies (to identify your computer and browser), web beacons (to monitor your usage), tags, flash cookies, advertising or mobile identifiers, and other operational, analytical, performance enhancing, or targeting technology to collect information about how you interact with Triton’s website(s), application(s) and/or services for the purpose of enhancing performance or user experience, personalising user experience, analysing website usage and performance, to enhance or improve Triton’s products and services and/or for authentication, security or compliance purposes.
3.7 You may set cookie preferences, refuse, delete or disable Triton’s cookies via your browser setting and/or reset your browser, however, certain services and features on Triton’s website(s), application(s) or services may no longer work or may not be available. Other website(s), applications(s) or service(s) linked to Triton’s may also use their own cookies and web beacons and you should review the policies of such website(s), applications(s) or service(s) for their privacy or cookies policies.
3.8 While Triton will take all reasonable steps to prevent the disclosure of Personal Data, you should note that other players or users accessing or utilizing Triton’s website(s), application(s) or services may be able to identify you or associate you with your account if you publish, post or disseminate any of your Personal Data yourself on Triton’s website(s), application(s) or services and Triton shall not be responsible for any such disclosures over which it has no control.
3.9 Triton may collect your personally identifiable information or personal data from you when you submit a form, email or write to Triton when requesting for information or services or customer support. Triton may also receive personally identifiable information from you when you use Triton’s website(s), application(s), services, or when you interact with Triton and/or Triton’s affiliates business partners in any way.
3.10 Triton does not and will not collect, capture, use, store and process Personal Data of children or those under the age of 18 or the age of majority and Triton’s website(s), application(s) and services not for the use or consumption by minors. If you are a parent or guardian who has become aware that a child or minor under your care have provided their Personal Data to Triton, please notify Triton in writing and Triton will take steps for delete or remove such Personal Data.
3.11 Triton, including any successors in title, may process your Personal Data in any of the following ways:-
3.11.1 Promotion and Marketing of Triton’s Products and/or Services. To directly or indirectly promote Triton’s products and services that may be of your interest, including live and online events, high-roller games or series, invitationals, cash game festivals, satellite qualifiers, promotional poker events; inform you on exclusive promotions, special offers, sponsorships, loyalty programs, VIP experiences, and rewards based on your past participation or interest in Triton’s events; send you tailored recommendations based on your playing history, geographical location, preferred stakes, or tournament format preferences; provide you with a personalized promotional content via email, SMS, push notifications, social media ads, or targeted online advertising; extend early access or priority registration for premium players and high-stakes games and events; or invite you to participate in surveys, feedback requests, or focus groups to refine Triton’s offerings.
3.11.2 Engagement with You. To enter into a contract with you at your request, to confirm or transact any transactions with you, to set-up or administer or manage your record(s) or an account which you may set up with Triton, to provide or deliver any service(s) to you, to host or organise any event or tournaments whether by Triton on its own or together with another entity, or to fulfil any contractual obligations with you, to generate and manage player profiles, including tournament or event history, winnings, rankings, and performance statistics, to provide with updates on tournament schedules, blind structures, payout distributions, and event locations, conduct market research and audience profiling to refine Triton’s branding, player engagement strategies, and new tournament formats, to maintain and improve Triton’s website(s), mobile applications, and tournament management software.
3.11.3 Business Operations, Data Analysis, and System Improvements. For statistical analysis and research, data and risk analysis, marketing, backing up of Triton’s systems, allowing for disaster recovery, enhancing the security of Triton’s website(s), application(s) and/or service(s), market research and user profiling, to understand user behaviour, improve user experience and to improve Triton’s website(s), application(s) and/or services, or to implement troubleshooting measures for technical issues, bug fixes, and performance optimization of Triton’s platforms.
3.11.4 Engagement with Third-Party Service Providers. When engaging with third party service providers upon whom Triton rely to enable Triton to provide your with any services or support in connection with Triton’s website(s), application(s) and/or services including messaging or communication features, security and fraud prevention measures, server or website hosting and maintenance, tracking and reporting on usage and performance, troubleshooting errors and bugs, quality assurance or testing, marketing, content creation and other functions. Personal Data shared with such third-party providers shall be confined to that to enable Triton to provide you with the continued use/access to or operation of Triton’s website(s), application(s) and/or services;
3.11.5 User Support and Communication. To enable Triton to provide support, to receive and respond to your communications or inquiries or requests, send notifications relevant to Triton’s website(s), application(s) and/or services via email, live chat, phone or any other means of communication, to send alerts and notifications regarding tournament updates, rule changes, or last-minute adjustments, to address user complaints, feedback, or requests, to assist users in retrieving lost accounts, resetting passwords, or verifying their identities and to notify users about account-related security incidents, such as unauthorized access or potential fraud attempts;
3.11.6 Compliance and Legal Obligations. To comply with Triton’s legal obligations including any international gaming regulations, licensing, jurisdictional compliance standards and regulatory requirements, for identification or verification or vetting purposes, to prevent fraud and to assist in the investigation of any unlawful or improper activities, audits and assessments, business or rights transfers, enforce Triton’s Terms and Conditions, to collaborate with legal advisors, auditors, and compliance consultants to ensure regulatory adherence in multiple jurisdictions, to protect the security of Triton’s services to you and/or if Triton believes in good faith that such disclosure is necessary or required; or
3.11.7 Legitimate Business Interests. Triton may process your Personal Data in situations where it deems processing to be in its legitimate interests and provided always that such processing will not prejudice your interests, rights and freedoms and shall include maintaining historical tournament records for statistical research and poker industry development, enhancing player experiences by offering personalized content, VIP services, or loyalty rewards and growing the global poker community by promoting international collaborations and poker awareness initiatives.
3.12 You acknowledge that certain information provided to Triton may be used for the purpose of content creation for content which is proprietary to and wholly owned by Triton and that such information may include, without limitation, your name, photo, reviews and other information in relation to your image and involvement in the poker industry. By continuing to use Triton’s website(s), application(s) or services, or by interacting with Triton, you are deemed to have consented to Triton’s usage and dissemination of such data as publicly viewable content.
3.13 Should you choose not to provide the requested information or decide to withdraw your consent for Triton to process your Personal Data, you shall immediately cease any and all use of Triton’s product and/or services, immediately inform Triton on your withdrawal of consent in writing and shall never access or use any of Triton’s product and/or services moving forward.
3.14 However, you should be aware that the complete and absolute removal or deletion of records it is not always technologically possible or practicable even though Triton will, promptly upon receipt of your request, take all reasonable steps to ensure that your Personal Data in databases actively used and any readily searchable media is updated, corrected, changed or deleted, as appropriate, as soon as and to the extent reasonably and technically practicable.
3.15 Triton will process all Personal Data in a manner that is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation and relevant requirements or regulations, namely, that:-
 3.15.1 the processing of your Personal Data by Triton shall be in a lawful, fair and transparent manner;
 3.15.2 the collection, processing and retention of your Personal Data by Triton shall be performed for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and there shall be no further processing in a manner which is incompatible purpose for which your Personal Data was collected;
 3.15.3 Triton will retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. After this period, Triton will securely delete or anonymize your Personal Data unless further retention is required for legal, regulatory, or operational purposes;
 3.15.4 Triton shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that your Personal Data is accurate and where necessary, kept up to date;
 3.15.5 Triton shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that your Personal Data that is brought to its attention as being inaccurate having regard to the purposes for which they are processed is promptly rectified or deleted;
 3.15.6 Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to your Personal Data; request for the correction of any inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data; to request for the deletion of your Personal Data, subject to certain exceptions; to object to or restrict the processing of your Personal Data under specific circumstances; to receive a copy of your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format; or to withdraw your consent to the further processing of your Personal Data by informing Triton on the same in writing;
 3.15.7 Triton shall keep your Personal Data in a form which permits your identification for no longer than it is necessary for the purpose for which the Personal Data is collected;
 3.15.8 Triton shall take reasonable measures to protect the security of your Personal Data, including by utilising encryption, firewalls, and/or Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology from potential security breaches. However, absolute security cannot in any way guaranteed in view of the fact that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure and, by continuing to use or interact with Triton’s website(s), application(s) or services, you agree to undertake these risks;
 3.15.9 Triton shall not share your Personal Data with any third parties except when it is necessary in order for them to provide services upon agreement; and
 3.15.10 You have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of your Personal Data, or to object to or to restrict the processing of your Personal Data, in which event you shall inform Triton on the same immediately and in writing.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure


4.1 Triton shall not sell, rent out, share or disclose any Personal Data to unauthorised third parties not connected to Triton and will only share or disclose Personal Data to another when:
  4.1.1 Triton has your consent to share the Personal Data;
  4.1.2 it is necessary for Triton to share the Personal Data in order to provide you with a service or product that you have requested and/or for any of the specific purpose(s) for which Personal Data is collected;
  4.1.3 it is necessary for Triton to send the Personal Data to companies with whom Triton works or on behalf of Triton to provide a service requested by you (unless Triton otherwise notify you when Triton collect such information, these companies shall not have any right to use Personal Data Triton provide to them beyond that which is reasonably necessary to assist Triton with responding to your request);
  4.1.4 Triton is required to respond to subpoenas, warrants, court orders or any legal process(es) and/or judicial proceeding(s); or
  4.1.5 Triton finds that your actions to be in violation of Triton’s Terms of Service or any other usage guidelines for specific services.
4.2 In order to provide the information or services you have requested from Triton, Triton may transfer or store your Personal Data on computer equipment or in offices that are located across countries or jurisdictions, and may be managed and processed by Triton internally as it deems fit and you are deemed to have consent to the same by engaging with Triton.

5. Third Party Integrations:


5.1 If you access, sign up for, log into and/or interact with Triton’s website(s), application(s) or services via a third-party service such as Facebook or Google, such third-party service may collect and process your Personal Data and Triton and any other parties may receive information relating to you via such third-party service(s) over which Triton has no control and shall not be responsible.

6. Promotions


6.1 Triton may send you promotional communications about Triton’s products, services, or special offers and you can opt to subscribe or unsubscribe. By subscribing, you allow Triton to send you further promotional communications. By unsubscribing, you opt out of further promotional communication.
6.2 Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, Triton may still send you administrative emails regarding the status of your account, service updates, or other non-marketing notifications.
