QQPK, the title partner of Triton ONE, has announced a number of events, activities and promotions taking place in North Cyprus next month to celebrate the European debut of Triton Poker Series' mid-stakes tour.
The Triton ONE festival plays out from November 5-14 at the Merit Casino & Resort, Kyrenia, North Cyprus, where QQPK is offering players the chance to win exclusive prizes, attend a fascinating discussion panel featuring Triton superstars, and even the opportunity to boost their tournament winnings by up to $100,000.
All the events are tailored specifically for players hoping to follow an aspirational pathway from the smaller-stakes games to the big leagues, perhaps even to the Triton Poker Super High Roller Series.
Triton ONE, and the online QQPK card-room, provide important stepping stones for ambitious players on their poker journey.
QQPK CHAMPION PASS
The QQPK Champion Pass promotion offers the prospect of a $100,000 bonus prize for any QQPK online qualifier if they go on to win the Triton ONE QQPK Genesis.
All QQPK online qualifiers are eligible for the promotion, which also offers "Bubble Protection", i.e., a full buy-in refund if a Champion Pass holder happens to be knocked out one place short of the in-the-money places.
QQPK qualifiers should register for the Champions Pass promotion with the QQPK online customer service on or before November 3, 2026. Then, on arrival to the Triton ONE tournament room, players should pick up their Champion Pass patch and wear it for the duration of the Triton ONE QQPK Genesis.
If they win the tournament, they will receive an additional $100,000 in online tournament dollars ($T) to bolster what is likely to be a high six-figure payday. The two previous Triton ONE Main Event champions, Joshua Gebissa and Zhao Wenjie, won $975,225 and $1.16 million, respectively.
Meanwhile the Bubble Protection is exactly what it sounds like. Any player who buys in with a QQPK online ticket and finishes as the Day 1 bubble (the last player to miss the prize pool) in their flight will receive $T equal to the value of their buy-in.
That's not all. There's also more than $2,500 in prizes up for grabs via an exclusive Heads-Up Lottery. Eligible players* play a one-hand flip against a QQPK staff member. If the player wins, they enter a draw with the following prizes:
Grand prize: T$2,000
2nd: T$500
3rd: T$100
4th: T$30
5th: T-shirt and cap
Any player who loses the flip receives a QQPK merchandise pack of a deck of cards and a card protector.

QQPK CHALLENGE

The QQPK Challenge will play to its winner before the QQPK Genesis takes center stage
QQPK will also showcase the enormous talents of its online qualifiers with the final table of its exclusive "QQPK Challenge" — a tournament that started online and will play to a champion in North Cyprus.
The challenge began on October 3, when a 99-entry tournament with a $140 buy-in played to its last nine. Those players have already locked up a 10-night stay at the Merit Resort & Casino for the Triton ONE festival, plus at least one Triton ONE tournament buy-in.
What's still to be decided is precisely what Triton ONE tournaments they will play, with the champion winning a buy-in to both the $8,000 Triton ONE Main Event and the $3,000 QQPK Genesis. The players finishing second through fourth win a $3,000 QQPK Genesis ticket and a $1,500 Main Event qualifier buy-in.
Including hotel passes, valued at $4,000 each, total prizes for the event are worth more than $70,000.
The full prize structure for the live event is as follows:
1st - $8,000 Main Event + $3,000 QQPK Genesis buy-ins
2nd-4th - $3,000 QQPK Genesis + $1,500 Main Event qualifier buy-ins
5th-6th - $3,000 QQPK Genesis buy-in
7th-9th - $1,500 Main Event qualifier buy-in
All players receive a 10-night stay at the Merit Resort, from November 5-15.
The QQPK Challenge further underlines Triton ONE's commitment to bringing more players to the game of poker, with the qualifiers able to sample the excitement of a major live tournament having begun their journey for only a small outlay online.
The final table of the QQPK Challenge plays to its winner at 11 a.m. on November 6, in time for winners to jump in Day 1C of the QQPK Genesis.
The winner will also be eligible to join the QQPK Champion Pass promotion and potentially go all the way to a life-changing score in North Cyprus.
BRUNCH AND BREAKTHROUGHS DISCUSSION PANEL
Danny Tang, left, and Punnat Punsri both went from humble beginnings to become six-time Triton champions
In addition to these sensational promotions, QQPK is also delighted to tease a fascinating event scheduled for November 10 where some of poker's most successful breakout stars will reveal the secrets that took them to the top.
QQPK's involvement with the Triton Poker Series, particularly with Triton ONE, centers on providing a path for the poker stars of the future to get a taste of Triton's superlative live tournament experience.
And in "Brunch and Breakthroughs" a number of players who have taken that precise journey will talk about how they did it: from modest beginnings to multiple wins on the Triton Super High Roller Series.
In an exclusive panel discussion, Triton Ambassador Danny Tang will talk about his extraordinary career, describing how he went from playing small buy-in tournaments in regional casinos in the UK all the way to landing Player of the Year honors on the Triton Super High Roller Series. He used to play events with $10 buy-ins. Now, he is a six-time Triton champion.
Tang will be joined by his friend and fellow Triton crusher Punnat Punsri, whose journey to poker stardom is equally astonishing. Punsri learned the game at university in the UK, but went on to begin a career far away from the world of poker. However, an invitation to play a Triton Invitational in North Cyprus in 2022 sent Punsri down another path.
Punsri won the NLH Main Event at his first ever high-stakes festival, and quickly raced to five more Triton titles. He is now the Thai No 1 and a perennial challenger at Triton events.
One further panellist is to be confirmed.
With the Triton ONE focus on aspiration and ambition, this is a unique chance to hear from people who have lived the precise dream of many players in North Cyprus.
Audience members will also be treated to food and drinks, with various merchandise giveaways also forming part of a not-to-be-missed event.
Full details on how to secure a ticket will be forthcoming soon.
