Complimentary Accommodation Promo

Confirm your attendance before May 5th, 2025, to qualify for the following:

1. NLH Promo: Spend $350,000 on NLH tournament buy-ins to qualify for a maximum of 13 nights of complimentary accommodation. The earliest check-in is 12 May 2025, and the latest check-out is 25 May, 2025.
2. PLO Promo: Spend $150,000 on PLO tournament buy-ins to qualify for a maximum of 5 nights of complimentary accommodation. The earliest check-in is 23 May 2025, and the latest check-out is 28 May 2025.
3. Triton Invitational Promo: Enter at least once the prestigious Triton Invitational to qualify for 4 nights of complimentary accommodation. The earliest check-in is 18 May 2025, and the latest check-out is 22 May 2025.

Due to the limited capacity of the hotel, players are strongly encouraged to make their hotel reservations as soon as possible.

1. Attendance must be confirmed before May 5th, 2025.
2. Bookings must be made before May 5th, 2025, through Triton Concierge Services or VIP Relations.
3. A deposit equivalent to the entire stay amount is required before May 5th, 2025, to secure the bookings eligible for the promo.
4. Bookings outside the promo stay period are subject to availability upon request, do not qualify for the promo, and may incur different rates.
5. Bookings made after May 5th, 2025, will not qualify for these promos.
6. Changes to bookings made under these promos before May 5th, 2025, are subject to availability upon request and are not guaranteed.
7. Changes to bookings made after May 5th, 2025, will not qualify for the promo, and any deposit made will be forfeited.
8. Cancellations made before May 5th, 2025, are allowed free of charge.
9. Cancellations made after May 5th, 2025, will incur a penalty equivalent to the entire stay amount, and the deposit will be forfeited.
10. Once the total combined buy-in amount has been fulfilled, the deposit will be returned after the festival is completed.
11. Complimentary accommodation applies to the Premium Room rate only, inclusive of buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner for single or double occupancy.
12. Any additional cost will be on the guest’s own account.
13. Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Special requests will be considered but are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
14. Upgrade options are subject to availability upon request and will incur additional charges on the guest’s own account.
15. Check-in time is 3:00 PM. The hotel will make every reasonable effort to accommodate guests who arrive before the check-in time, but guest rooms may not be immediately available. Guaranteed early check-in is subject to availability upon request and may incur an additional cost of one room night.
16. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability upon request and may incur an additional cost based on the actual check-out time.
17. A credit card will be required at check-in as a guarantee for incidental charges.
18. If Maestral Hotel is fully booked, Triton reserves the right to arrange alternative accommodations at nearby hotels.
19. The above three promos are valid while room inventory lasts. Reservations will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the hotel reaches full occupancy, no further reservations will be entertained, even if requested before May 5th, 2025.
20. Complimentary one round-trip airport transfer to and from TIV and TGD airports is offered to event-committed players.
21. Players are required to participate in at least one tournament or invitational cash game session.
22. Transfers apply to a single vehicle only. Additional vehicles will incur extra charges.
23. Additional requests will incur extra charges on the guest’s account.
24. Transfer service is valid for travel between May 11th and May 28th, 2025.
25. Transfer booking requires a minimum 24 hours’ notice in advance. Requests with less notice will not be entertained.
26. Exceptions to all the above conditions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
