The following terms and conditions apply:
- Attendance must be confirmed before February 18, 2026.
- Bookings must be made before February 18, 2026, through Triton Concierge Services or VIP Relations.
- A deposit equivalent to the entire stay amount is required before February 18, 2026 to secure the booking.
- Bookings outside the promo stay period are subject to availability upon request, do not qualify for the promo, and may incur different rates.
- Bookings made after February 18, 2026, will not qualify for these promos.
- Changes to bookings made under these promos before February 18, 2026, are subject to availability upon request and are not guaranteed.
- Changes to bookings made after February 18, 2026, will not qualify for the promo, and any deposit made will be forfeited.
- Cancellations made before February 18, 2026, are allowed free of charge.
- Cancellations made after February 18, 2026, will incur a penalty equivalent to the entire stay amount, and the deposit will be forfeited.
- Once the total combined buy-in amount has been fulfilled, the deposit will be returned after the festival is completed.
- Complimentary accommodation applies to Standard Room rate only.
- Complimentary accommodation is for single or double occupancy, with maximum two breakfast included per person.
- Complimentary breakfast for a companion applies only with advance notice of the companion joining and when staying in the same room.
- Additional breakfast charges apply for more than two guests.
- Rooms are allocated upon check-in; special requests will be considered but are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
- Upgrade options are subject to availability upon request and will incur additional charges.
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM.
- Early check-in is subject to availability upon request and may incur an additional cost of one (1) room night.
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges apply based on the actual check-out time.
- Shinhwa Resort enforces a strict non-smoking policy, consistent with all hotels in South Korea. Violations may incur a penalty of 250,000 KRW per day, along with potential additional fines.
- A credit card will be required at check-in as a guarantee for incidental charges.
- If Marriott Hotel is fully booked, Triton reserves the right to arrange alternative accommodations at nearby hotels.
- The above three promos are valid while room inventory lasts. Reservations will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the hotel reaches full occupancy, no further reservations will be entertained, even if requested before February 18, 2026.
- Complimentary one (1) round-trip airport transfers to and from Jeju Airport (CJU) are offered to event-committed players:
- Players are required to participate in at least one SHRS tournament or invitational cash game session.
- Transfers apply to a single vehicle only; additional vehicles will incur extra charges.
- Additional cars will incur extra charges on the guest’s account.
- Transfer service is valid for travel between March 4 and April 2, 2026.
- Booking is required 24 hours in advance. Requests with less notice will not be accommodated.
- Exceptions for all the above conditions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
